Cafe De Paris Cabinet Door

I found this cabinet door with a pretty arch top and glass insert at my local Restore.  It got a coat of creamy white paint and dark wax.

I added a graphic and applied it using the decoupage method that I used on my french graphic washtub.

I stenciled the lettering on the glass and done.

I wish I had a million walls in my house so I could keep all the things I make.  I guess this will have to go to the Antique Mall since I don't have all those walls. Ha! Ha!

  9. This is really an awesome makeover, fantastic job!!! I think you should keep it, maybe find something else to part with? (I know it's hard, I too like to keep it all. I've even resorted in a few instances to putting things on the outside walls)

  12. First, this has nothing to do with the post, but I am in love with that dress form. she looks great with the beautiful cabinet door. I could kick myself - I passed up a similar one last week because i had my mind set on something else. Love the graphics!
