Sheet Music Table

Today I'm sharing a quick and easy fix for a table that's missing it's glass inserts.  Sheet music.  It fixes everything, doesn't it?

I got this cute chippy, rusty table at the auction, but it was missing the glass shelves.

I cut plywood to fit and then used Mod Podge to adhere the sheet music.

Bottom.

  4. I love doing things with old sheet music. I have some from World War I that we found in my grandfather's barn. I framed them, and they now hang in my husband's office. Our family has a military history, and so the songs mean something to us.

  7. So cute! Great idea for the shelves. You could even top the sheet music with a piece of glass to protect it. Loving the window behind the table.

  11. Very cool! I've seen a few tables with glass or tops missing and didn't think to fit my own plywood. Great idea! I also did a sheet music coffee table, and just posted last week. Amazing to come across yours just now. Looks great. Pop on over to see mine if you like. Sharon.

  13. Love your table. I am going to have to learn how to use Mod Podge. I did see it at Michaels but there were so many different kinds to choose from it totally overwhelmed me so I didn't get any. Great idea!
